SV	Alzo stierf hij, naar het woord des HEEREN, dat Elia gesproken had; en Joram werd koning in zijn plaats, in het tweede jaar van Joram, den zoon van Josafat, den koning van Juda; want hij had geen zoon.
WLC	וַיָּ֜מָת כִּדְבַ֥ר יְהוָ֣ה ׀ אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֣ר אֵלִיָּ֗הוּ וַיִּמְלֹ֤ךְ יְהֹורָם֙ תַּחְתָּ֔יו פ בִּשְׁנַ֣ת שְׁתַּ֔יִם לִיהֹורָ֥ם בֶּן־יְהֹושָׁפָ֖ט מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה כִּ֛י לֹֽא־הָ֥יָה לֹ֖ו בֵּֽן׃
Trans.	wayyāmāṯ kiḏəḇar JHWH ’ăšer-diber ’ēlîyâû wayyiməlōḵə yəhwōrām t^aḥətāyw fbišənaṯ šətayim lîhwōrām ben-yəhwōšāfāṭ meleḵə yəhûḏâ kî lō’-hāyâ lwō bēn:

AC	יז וימת כדבר יהוה אשר דבר אליהו וימלך יהורם תחתיו {פ} בשנת שתים ליהורם בן יהושפט מלך יהודה כי לא היה לו בן {ס}
ASV	So he died according to the word of Jehovah which Elijah had spoken. And Jehoram began to reign in his stead in the second year of Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah; because he had no son.
BE	So death came to him, as the Lord had said by the mouth of Elijah. And Jehoram became king in his place in the second year of the rule of Jehoram, son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah; because he had no son.
Darby	And he died according to the word of Jehovah that Elijah had spoken. And Jehoram began to reign in his stead, in the second year of Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah; for he had no son.
